  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make lazy cutlets? Immediately prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cutlets. This will help you keep everything at hand and save time.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and finely chop it with a sharp knife. You can take any fillet you like, but chicken breast is best suited here. It is easiest to cut into small pieces, has no veins and cooks much faster. The breast prepared in this way will not be dry, but will remain juicy, due to the enveloping of each piece. Well, if you’re really lazy, you can pass the breast through a meat grinder with a grid with the largest holes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the chopped chicken fillet in a bowl. Wash and dry the egg thoroughly to remove dirt and bacteria. Break the egg into a bowl and stir with a fork until smooth, add it to the chicken and stir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In a bowl with fillet and egg, add sour cream, salt and pepper. Sour cream should only be natural, high fat, otherwise the cutlets will turn out gelatinous. If you don’t like sour cream or can’t eat dairy products, replace it with regular mayonnaise in the same proportion. But subsequently reduce the amount of salt, because it is already in this product. Mix well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add sifted flour to the future minced meat. Be sure to sift the flour so that no debris or caked lumps of flour get into the minced meat. Mix everything well. If you want more tender cutlets, replace half the flour with starch.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Wash and dry the dill, chop finely. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater, add everything to the bowl with the minced meat.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix the mixture thoroughly and let stand for 10 minutes for the gluten to swell.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Spoon the minced meat into round patties. Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes over low heat until golden brown. Open the lid and turn the cutlets over. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until done.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Turn off the heat, place the cutlets on plates and serve.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Bon appetit.

I made lazy cutlets for dinner: quick and easy. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Added flour, egg, sour cream, chopped dill, salt, pepper and mixed. I let it sit for a while, about 10 minutes. Then I spooned the dough into the pan and fried it on both sides. Mm..it turned out so delicious: juicy, tender, filling and appetizing 👍Thanks to the author Lyalich for the recipe and I recommend you try it 😊

I love these chopped cutlets! A dish that doesn't require any extra effort. I want to say that this is food that has turned from festive to everyday. Lazy cutlets cook quite quickly. I serve them just like that, or with a sauce - sour cream with garlic and herbs, or with ketchup. The recipe is great! Thank you!!!
