For a snack I made lavash with chicken and cheese! And simple, and fast, and tasty! First, I marinated the chicken fillet in soy sauce with spices. While the meat was marinating, I cut the cucumber into strips, cut the tomatoes into small slices, and grated the cheese (I used Russian) on a fine grater. I fried the chicken fillet in a frying pan on both sides and cut it into strips. I greased the lavash sheets with a sauce of mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic. I put meat, cucumber, tomato, cheese on the pita bread and rolled it up. I did the same with other sheets of pita bread. Lightly fry the rolls on both sides in a dry frying pan. A great recipe that is suitable for all occasions! Thanks to Maria for the idea!

I made pita breads with similar fillings - the family liked them. But the nuances of this recipe interested me. I’ll definitely try to cook it this way!
