Lavash snacks are my favorite category, because they are universal, prepared from affordable products that are always on hand, and are suitable for any occasion - for a holiday, for breakfast, for nature - there is always a place for them on the table. This dish is an impromptu take from what was in my refrigerator today...

    We put some kind of rug on the table and spread cling film on top. Cut the pita bread in half, if it is large, like mine, and place it on film. If it’s small, then we take the whole one. Spread with melted cheese

    Cut boiled sausage into slices

    Tomato in thin half rings

    Place sausage and tomato on pita bread

    Cover with the other half of the pita bread and spread with the remaining melted cheese

You can do it in the evening - and in the morning you will have a great breakfast. Or you can, for example, roll it up and go into nature - it will be an excellent snack for a barbecue. That's all - the preparation took no more than 10 minutes, and the rest of the preparation will take place without our participation

    We take it out of the refrigerator, carefully remove it from the film and cut it. I didn’t wait a bit for the allotted time, so my pita bread was a little untwisted, so I need to keep it in the refrigerator!
