Since childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of the home for me. I remember my grandmother preparing borscht, filling the air with the aromas of fresh herbs and beets. Family dinners were real celebrations, where everyone shared their stories around the table. As I grew older, I became interested in the cuisines of the world: from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to inspire others to discover the joy of cooking. Cooking doesn't have to be complicated; it's about love, tradition and accessibility. I believe everyone has the ability to create something amazing in their kitchen.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at New England Culinary Institute.
