For tea I baked a fruit cake with a creamy taste. The preparation is not complicated, and the result is delicious and aromatic pastries! I took the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that when whipping the dough it would turn out fluffy like cream. To make the dough rise better, add a teaspoon of baking powder. Sugar took 50 g less. From dried fruits I chose dried apricots, cut them into small pieces and rolled them in corn starch. Bake for 1 hour at 160°C. We liked the cupcake! It is soft, juicy, tasty and smells pleasant of fresh baked goods!

I love muffins very much and make them often. This one turned out very tasty, creamy, so tender! It's easy to prepare. The only thing is that it’s too much sugar for me, but it’s just right for my sweet tooth
