Very beautiful name, but the dish is not tasty! I baked for 30 minutes at 200*C. It cooks quickly if you have ready-made dough. Reminds me of pizza, but without the cheese

Yes, such a meat pie with pieces of pork and onions is probably juicy and very tasty, the name is veiled, but the taste is our Russian and there is no getting away from it, pies with yeast dough are purely our invention, how nice it is that you liked them and other peoples)))

Tarte flambé comes from the French region of Alsace, but there the dough for this pie is prepared without yeast, only flour and water.

Marin, I won’t argue with you, I don’t know much about this kitchen. Maybe it’s from some other region of France, I don’t know. But I came across this recipe in this form. And a very good one, by the way.
