STEP 1

STEP 2

Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in milk. Place a saucepan with milk over medium heat, add all the sugar, add vanillin, stir. STEP 3

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and leave the future condensed milk to cook at home for one and a half to two hours. The milk must be stirred every five minutes to prevent it from burning.
STEP 4

This is what milk looks like after boiling for an hour. It decreased in volume and acquired a melted color. Continue cooking the milk, remembering to stir.
STEP 5

This is how milk turns out after one and a half hours of cooking. It is already quite thick and has become even darker. Our condensed milk from cow's milk is ready, you can turn off the heat. Leave the milk to cool slightly, then pour it into clean, dry jars and close the lids. Place the now completely cooled condensed milk in the refrigerator. After complete cooling, the milk becomes even thicker.
