STEP 1

How to fry lavash envelopes on a grill with cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I used round pita bread, each flatbread with a diameter of 20 cm. Quantity: 5 pieces. Read about how to choose the right pita bread at the end of the recipe. You can use absolutely any cheese at your discretion. From the greens I took dill and green onions.

Grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater and mix well.
STEP 3

Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream and garlic passed through a press.
STEP 4

Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.
STEP 5

Light up the grill. While the coals are burning, prepare the pita bread.
STEP 6

Spread a thin layer of sour cream sauce on the flatbread. Try to coat the pita bread as close to the edge as possible.

Sprinkle a small layer of cheese evenly on top. Leave some distance from each edge. This is necessary so that when baking on the grill, the cheese does not leak out along the edges of the pita bread. Lightly pepper if desired.

Sprinkle the pita bread with chopped herbs.
STEP 9

Next, wrap the pita bread with an envelope. Fold the edge under.

Then fold the top edge overlapping (as in the photo).

Next, fold the pita bread along the edges.
STEP 12

You should get an envelope. Lightly press the envelope with your palm on top so that the edges stick together.

In the same way, form envelopes from the remaining cakes.

Place the finished envelopes on the grill, seam-side down, and place on the grill.

Turn the envelopes over to the other side after a while, depending on how hot it is in the grill and how many coals are in it. Lavash cooks very quickly,
