Lavash in the oven stuffed with vegetables

An excellent appetizer for a holiday dinner. The combination of ingredients is unique. The taste is salty, a little sweet, a little spicy, which is smoothed out by sour cream and cheese. And of course, the smell of roasted garlic. Another advantage is that you can eat it both hot and cold. It can be used as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat dishes. I really love dishes wrapped in pita bread. Using trial and error, we came up with this recipe using what we had in the refrigerator. In my opinion, the combination of ingredients is optimal. I hope you like it too!
