Pour two teaspoons of dry instant yeast into a mug.

Mix all the ingredients in a mug with a whisk and leave until the yeast activates for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Place two egg yolks in a suitable bowl.
STEP 6

Place thirty grams of butter at room temperature in a bowl.
STEP 7

Pour a quarter teaspoon of salt into a bowl and stir.
STEP 8

Pour the activated yeast from the mug into the bowl with the egg mixture.
STEP 9

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 10

Sift three hundred grams of flour into a bowl.
STEP 11

Mix the flour and liquid base well.
STEP 12

Knead and form the dough in a bowl with your hands into a lump.

Place the dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour and knead it very well for about seven minutes.

Grease the dough with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Place the oiled dough into a bowl.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half.

To prepare the aromatic filling, pour sixty grams of sugar, two teaspoons of cinnamon into a small bowl and mix.

Pour fifty grams of melted butter into a bowl, then pour the mixed sugar and cinnamon into it.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

After an hour and a half, pour a small amount of vegetable oil on the table and put the dough out of the bowl.
