And how is it that I, the main beet lover, have never tried such a dish? I urgently need to improve)) I have all the ingredients, so I’ll go bake the beets)) Anait, what do you think, would it be better with raw beets so that they crunch, or with boiled ones until fully cooked?)

I think that everything in the recipe is correct in terms of time, but it still needs some time to marinate, it’s not so pleasant to eat it right away, it really won’t be soaked in the marinade and will just be boiled, you probably need to wait 2-3 hours.

znlena, I would still boil it next time. Shura, you know you’re right, in the evening the salad became fuller and tastier. Well, give us everything at once, we are not patient Koreans, we need to eat right away

Yes, we are far from the Koreans! They have such a variety of vegetable snacks, I think they will never fully reveal their secrets to us (((

Anait, did the beets turn out to be very spicy? 6 cloves of garlic plus a teaspoon of chilli and a teaspoon of black pepper. Probably my husband will like this dish more; he is a lover of everything spicy.

znlena, my son just came home from work and reminded me of the raw beet salad, how delicious it was. Well, this is not Korean, but ours: grate beets and carrots on a regular medium grater, add squeezed garlic, black and red pepper, cilantro, vegetable oil and citric acid (there was no lemon at home). So one of these days I’ll make Korean-style beets from raw beets, because the Korean marinade was delicious.
