STEP 1

Pour 500 milliliters of kefir into a bowl. Beat in 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
STEP 2

Add half a teaspoon of soda to 320 grams of flour, mix... And sift through a fine sieve to the liquid ingredients. Mix well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
STEP 3

Pour 250 milliliters of boiling water and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the dough. Stir and the dough is ready.
STEP 4

We start the stove and select the pancakes program. pour the dough into a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil and distribute throughout the frying pan. Wait for bubbles and turn over.
STEP 5

They turn out very thin and you would never think that these pancakes were cooked with kefir. We serve ready-made pancakes with any jam or sour cream.
