STEP 1
How to make julienne in buns with mushrooms and chicken? First of all, prepare the ingredients for the filling. I prepared julienne from chicken breast, but you can use fillet from other parts. Take cream with a fat content of 20%, it is best suited for sauce. Cream can be replaced with sour cream 15-20% fat.
STEP 2
Pre-boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Then cool the fillet and cut into small cubes.
STEP 3
Wash the champignons, dry them and cut them into small cubes.
STEP 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the champignons and fry them over medium heat, stirring until all the liquid has evaporated.
STEP 5
Add chicken and cream to the pan. Add salt, pepper and stir. Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 6
For julienne, take 3-4 small buns, they can be white, rye or whole grain flour, choose to your taste.
STEP 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 8
Cut off the lids of the buns and remove the crumb. At the same time, try to keep the bottom and walls intact.
STEP 9
Fill the buns with the prepared filling.
STEP 10
Sprinkle generously of grated cheese on top of the bun.
STEP 11
Place the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
STEP 12
Julienne with chicken and mushrooms in buns is ready. Serve it immediately. Bon appetit!
