    Now cut the turkey meat into portions, against the grain. Season it with lemon ginger juice and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir and leave to soften for 10 minutes before pouring in the marinade. There is no need to marinate the lard.

    The marinade is ready, the meat is prepared - season it with marinade. Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator to soak in the spices for an hour and a half.

    Meanwhile, while you are waiting for the coals, cut the lard into small pieces. It will need to be placed between the turkey meat. This way the kebab will become fattier and juicier! Thread the kebab onto skewers. It is better to bend the pieces of lard in half.
