STEP 1

Instead of pink salmon, you can take any red or white fish, fresh or frozen. Frozen fish must be properly defrosted on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
STEP 2
Rinse the fish thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. It is better to use ready-made portioned steaks. In the case when there is a whole piece of fillet, it is most convenient to cut it into steaks in a semi-frozen state. Then the cut will be more even. I had already cut steaks.

Pour vegetable oil, lemon juice into the fish, add dried herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Add bay leaves. Leave the fish to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
