I had a large chum salmon carcass, and from half (about 800 grams) I decided to cook dinner according to this recipe for juicy pink salmon in the oven in foil in pieces. I cut the carcass into pieces about 2-2.5 cm thick. The necessary spices (except pepper and I didn't have any salt. Instead, I added nutmeg to the fish. The fish was marinated for about 10 minutes. It took 25 minutes to bake. The fish turned out very tender, juicy and appetizing. Lemon perfectly enhances the taste of fish. This dish was enjoyed by all members of my family, young and old.
