    How to bake juicy drumstick? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dish. You can take one large turkey drumstick weighing about 1 kg or two small ones weighing 500 g each.

    Peel the garlic and cut into petals.

    Wash and dry the turkey leg. Make deep punctures in the meat with a knife and stuff the leg with garlic.

    Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper on all sides.

    Place the turkey leg in a baking dish and brush the surface with cream. Place the drumstick in an oven preheated to 220°C and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

    Then turn the leg over to the other (unbaked) side and brush with the remaining cream. Return the drumstick to the oven to brown the other side.

    When a golden brown crust appears on the surface, remove the pan with the turkey and place a sprig of rosemary on the sides of the leg.

    Cover the pan with foil or a lid (if you have one) and return the leg to the oven, reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for about 50 minutes until done! To prevent the crispy crust from sticking to the foil when you unwrap the cooked meat, try not to let the foil touch the drumstick itself. And also grease the inner surface of the foil with vegetable oil.
