Honey cake in the form of cakes

STEP 1

Place 50 grams of butter in a saucepan, add 100 grams of sugar and pour in 2 tablespoons of honey. Place over low heat and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 2

When the mass becomes homogeneous, beat in 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of soda. Stirring, bring to a foamy mass. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
STEP 3

Sift 300 g of flour into the liquid mass through a fine sieve in 2 stages. Knead the dough. Divide the finished dough into three equal parts and roll into balls. Place on a dish sprinkled with flour. Cover with a bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it hardens a little.
STEP 4

We place each piece on parchment paper and roll it into a thin layer. Pierce it with a fork and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
STEP 5

Let the finished cakes cool. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream!
STEP 6

Add 200 grams of boiled condensed milk to 150 grams of butter and beat with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 7

Apply the finished cream to the first cake layer. Cover the top with the second cake layer and do the same with all the cake layers. Leave the top cake layer dry! Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the cream hardens a little.
STEP 8

We take any mold, I will use a round one, and cut out the cake. I got 10 burns.
STEP 9

We transfer the remaining cream into pastry bags and distribute it evenly over all the cakes. And carefully level it with a spatula.
STEP 10

Decorate as you wish, I decorated with whole walnut halves. The honey cakes are ready!
STEP 11

Such cakes can be served both on a festive table and on an everyday basis! It turns out very tasty and can be prepared without any fuss.
