Homemade vitamin bread with whey

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

I prepare the necessary products for baking grain bread. I pre-soak the seeds in cold water for 1 hour.
STEP 2

Pour vegetable oil and whey warmed to room temperature into the mixing bowl. Then I add salt and a portion of sifted flour.
STEP 3

I add sugar, yeast, and add some of the flour again. I add the seeds and add the remaining flour.
STEP 4

I start kneading the dough.
STEP 5

Transfer the kneaded dough into a mold lightly greased with vegetable oil. Lightly sprinkle seeds on top and place in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
STEP 6

I bake the bread in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour.
STEP 7

I take the finished bread with flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds out of the oven and let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 8

I take the grain bread out of the mold.
STEP 9

Place on a wire rack and leave to cool completely.
STEP 10

I cut the fragrant and airy homemade bread into pieces and serve it to the table.
STEP 11

Bon appetit!
