No one in my family eats bread, but I adore its smell, the crunch of the crust, the hot aromatic steam that rises from its pores at the crack. Making bread is a kind of magic for me. I choose a day for this, completely freeing it up, because I like to constantly look at the process. A set of basic products, heat, time and, voila, you have some bread. This time I chose a recipe with whey, since I had some left over from another dish. I baked this bread twice. I noticed that I used slightly less flour than indicated. I tried not to thicken the dough too much, although I baked it in the oven and not in a bread machine. I really liked the result. The bread is aromatic, not very porous, but tender. I recommend that all bread lovers try making Homemade Vitamin Bread with whey and eat it!
