    How to make homemade sugar-free sweets from dried fruits with your own hands? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can use any dried fruits you like: dried apricots, figs, etc. You can add any nuts or seeds.

    First, rinse the dried fruits with water to remove dirt and dust. Fill with hot water and leave for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the dried fruits will become soft. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

    Cut the dried fruits into smaller pieces and puree them one by one with a blender. If you have a tall blender, you can beat all the dried fruits at once.

    Mix the seeds (I used sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds) and coconut flakes in a blender.

    Mix all ingredients in one container. Combine: dates, prunes, raisins, coconut flakes with seeds, add cocoa, cinnamon and honey. Mix everything well with a spoon, or for greater homogeneity, beat everything with an immersion blender.

    With wet hands, form the candies. You can leave the candies as is, or roll them in: cocoa, coconut and sesame seeds, as I did. I roasted the sesame seeds in advance until they were caramel-colored.
