Homemade mayonnaise

A very simple recipe for homemade mayonnaise. Tasty and healthy! Now we can no longer imagine how we can do without mayonnaise. It is present everywhere, in salads, various vegetable casseroles, and sandwiches. My kids even love to just spread it on bread. But unfortunately it is harmful to our health, I mean of course that one. which we buy in the store. After all, look at its shelf life, how can such a product not spoil for half a year? Imagine how many preservatives and stabilizers are added there, which are so harmful to our health. Therefore, there is only one way out, do it yourself.

I tried to make this mayonnaise, but I didn’t quite like the result, apparently I did something wrong. But it was very different from the real thing and the Olivier salad turned out to be not so tasty. But I’ll try to do it again and tuck the herring under the fur coat, then I’ll be sure to write the result

My family also loves mayonnaise, especially homemade. My recipe is almost the same, only the proportions are different. For 1 yolk I take: 100g sunflower oil, 1/4 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp. mustard, 1/2 tsp lemon juice (or vinegar) and sometimes add a little garlic. It’s very quick to prepare, but so tasty that you can’t compare it to store-bought.

I made this version of the recipe using a mixer, as one of the recipe options. the mayonnaise actually came out a little thin, quite suitable for salads and baking some foods “with mayonnaise”
