    Salt, pepper and mix everything well. For me, there is nothing better than regular ground black pepper, but you can use white or green ground pepper. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the meat to mature.

    While the meat is in the refrigerator, make the dough. To do this, pour water at room temperature into a deep bowl so that your hands are comfortable. Break a raw egg into a bowl, add oil, salt and mix everything until smooth.

    Sift most of the flour into a bowl with the eggs and begin kneading the dough, gradually adding flour. Focus on the consistency of the dough, not the volume of flour.

    The dough should be elastic, tender, and not stick to your hands. Gather the finished dough into a ball and cover with a towel or film. Leave it on the kitchen counter for 20 minutes.

Then cut them into small pieces - according to the number of dumplings. While you are working with one part of the dough, cover the rest with a towel so that it does not dry out.

I decided to make homemade classic dumplings. I used mixed minced meat (pork and beef), added onions chopped in a blender, salt, and ground black pepper. I kneaded the dough. I gave both the minced meat and the dough time to “rest.” Before making the dumplings, I kneaded the dough again to make sure it was ready. The dough is great! Elastic, homogeneous, when rolling out you didn’t even need to add flour to the dust. I froze some of the dumplings in reserve, and boiled the rest for dinner. Homemade dumplings are very tasty!
