Healthy flaxseed crackers
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Flax seeds need to be poured into 100g of boiling water. And leave for 10 minutes covered
STEP 2
Grind cumin in a mortar
STEP 3
It is best to use fresh rosemary, but dry rosemary will also work. It should also be ground a little in a mortar
STEP 4
Pour cumin and rosemary into a blender bowl. Add oatmeal there if you don’t have oatmeal
STEP 5
Grind everything until it becomes flour
STEP 6
Pour the mixture into a small container and add flax seeds and water
STEP 7
Stir and add some salt. Form a viscous sausage. If the dough is not sticky, you can add a few more drops of water
STEP 8
Grease parchment with sunflower oil
STEP 9
Place half of the dough on it. Take another parchment and grease it with oil too.
STEP 10
Cover the dough and distribute it evenly. The layer should be very thin, then the crackers will be especially tasty
STEP 11
Remove the top parchment
STEP 12
Place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes. The edges of the dough should brown and pull away from the paper. Let cool a little and divide into pieces
