Healthy flaxseed crackers

I love these crackers, they are very healthy and delicious! And how crunchy they are!! As always, I'm experimenting. I’ve come to this recipe for crackers that you eat and can’t stop. My husband and I ate them in one go and only then thought about the calories... So do it in reasonable quantities)

Place half of the dough on it. Take another parchment and grease it with oil too.

annasher, wow, what cool crunches! Whether you want it salty or whether you want it bland, it all depends on the amount of salt or its presence in general. And there are no words to say how useful they are! This dish is truly a treasure. Thanks for the recipe and useful information in the video!

There is no rice flour in the description. When is it added, along with oatmeal? And is it possible without it, or what can it be replaced with? The recipe is interesting, but there is no rice flour in our country stores

Awesome crackers! I will be adding flaxseed to many baked goods, because this nutty aroma and taste drives me crazy!) Combined with cumin and rosemary - divine! True, I didn’t grind anything and took buckwheat flour and 1st grade wheat flour, maybe that’s why everything stuck to the parchment, so they ate it with it
