You will be surprised by the speed of preparation and the taste of these muffins! Ease and speed of cooking, taste, benefits. When my daughter grew up to try cookies, I began to look for recipes for healthy cookies, I tried a lot, but for a long time I could not find tasty ones. And one day I came across a cookie recipe where rolled oats and bananas were mixed, I tried it, the taste was interesting, but it seemed to me that it was too harsh for a child, and I decided to mix the recipe for my favorite biscuit and these cookies, and make it all in the form of cupcakes. The result exceeded all my expectations, it turned out very tasty. And I decided to share this recipe.

I would love to see a cross-section of these muffins, I just know that the inside of the banana baked goods often turns out kind of moist, but how are these muffins baked well??

Eh, we already knew how to cook them. When I cook again, I’ll take a photo. Yes, good, even airy ones are obtained thanks to beaten eggs. Although, I don’t like it when the dough is completely dry, a little moisture makes the baked goods softer. But that's my taste.

Yulechka, did I understand correctly that oatmeal should be ground to flour? Otherwise, they will remain flakes in the dough. I will definitely cook it, there is no flour, but for me this is very important, thank you, Julia, for another interesting recipe! And then I was racking my brains about what else to bake without flour)))

Yes, Shura, everything is correct. Just now I thought that you can first grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder; you need to break them up in a blender for a long time. Although, according to modern standards, it’s a long time - about 4-5 minutes. We’ll wait for the photo
