Hake in nut breading

The nut breading adds piquancy. You will be pleased with the result! Fish fried in nut breading acquires a special, piquant taste! A friend shared this idea with me, and the dish exceeded all expectations. Combined with vegetables and crumbly rice, hake breaded with nuts is a very light and healthy dish!

Thanks for the interesting recipe, I have two questions: 1. Which nuts are best to make breading from? or does it matter?2. from hake is this important? Or can I take any other fish? No, really. I usually put hake in cutlets mixed with fattier fish. I think it will be a little dry. I recently ate nut-crusted fish at a resort in Hungary, what an interesting dish. There was trout there.

I love fish! I'm sure the combination of fish and nuts will be amazing! I'm adding the recipe to my personal cookbook! Thank you! I will definitely do it in the near future! Only for my taste the hake is a bit dry. Maybe try something fatter, like flounder? What do you think?

hitruga19, and thank you for your feedback! I’m glad you liked the recipe. Any white fish will do, I haven’t tried it with red fish yet. it turned out well with hake, the fish was not dry, I think you can do flounder the same way, I personally haven’t cooked with it. I also cooked with hake

Lenochka5, I used walnuts. From hake, of course, it doesn’t matter; nut breading is ideal for white fish. Well, you wrote that you ate trout. that means you can do it with red ones too. Thank you, I’ll definitely try it!!! and the trout was with walnuts or other nuts. I just think that other nuts may not work, but maybe I’m wrong
