Oh, and the haddock baked in the oven turned out delicious! I prepared this fish according to the recipe of the author naniki, thank you very much for that! I filleted the haddock and cut it into portions. Placed the fish in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkled with fish spices, placed onion half rings on top, and added a little milk. Covered the pan with foil and put it in the oven to bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Then I removed the foil, sprinkled the fish with grated cheese and cooked for another 10 minutes. The result was a tender, appetizing and very tasty fish! I recommend!!!!
