STEP 1

How to make haddock baked in the oven? To prepare this dish, take fresh or frozen haddock, milk, onions, hard cheese, spices for fish, salt. How to properly defrost fish, read the article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2

Clean the fish, wash it, dry it with a kitchen towel and fillet it.
STEP 3

Place pieces of chopped haddock fillet in a greased form, add salt and pepper, or brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 4

Add spices for the fish, cover with onion cut into half rings.
STEP 5

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the fish on top.
STEP 6

Add half a glass of milk to the pan with the fish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes, covering the pan with foil. STEP 7

At the end of baking, remove the foil and lightly dry the fish and onions.
STEP 8

Haddock baked in the oven at home is ready!
