Cut 2-3 foam into strips. Add sugar and semolina to the remaining cream.

    Cook until the porridge thickens, stir it! Mix everything, adding nuts, raisins and chopped foam. Grease a shallow pan with oil, put the porridge, and put the foam on it. And so - three times. Do not cover the top with foam, but with sugar.

I have long wanted to try the legendary porridge, which Count Dmitry Aleksandrovich Guryev loved so much. I thought, what could we do with this porridge, the poor descendants of the count. It turned out that it was not so difficult, only it took a long time. The result was the most delicate semolina porridge with a new unknown taste. I have foam It turned out, as many as 12 pieces, oh, and I suffered from taking them off. But the result was worth it. Now my darling has calmed down, the masterpiece has been prepared and tasted. But, I probably won’t dare to repeat this feat again.
