Since childhood, I remember my grandmother preparing Sunday dinners, filling the house with the aromas of fresh baked goods and spicy spices. These moments of family warmth remain in my heart forever. I have always dreamed of transferring this warmth into my dishes, drawing inspiration from different parts of the world: from Italian pasta to oriental delicacies. For me, cooking is not only about recipes, but also about bringing people together around the table. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and the simplicity in the process only emphasizes the joy of creativity in the kitchen.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
