Tea with lemon balm

A wonderful antiviral drink with a rich aroma. Melissa tea tastes quite good and is easy to prepare. I drink it extremely rarely, because tea lowers my blood pressure, and my blood pressure is already quite low. Melissa is also known as lemon balm. Most often, this grass is grown in garden plots. Melissa has beneficial properties and is very pleasant to the taste. Among the healing properties are improved appetite, increased body tone, and improved brain activity. Melissa also helps with hypertension, insomnia, and depression. The plant can reduce shortness of breath and relieve heart pain. It also alleviates the condition at elevated temperatures. However, it should be remembered that, like any medicine, lemon balm can be used for these purposes only after prior consultation with your doctor.

I love herbal teas, I’ll make them as soon as I buy lemon balm. We don’t drink store-bought tea at all, we make different mixtures ourselves, like here

We also have lemon balm and peppermint growing in our dacha - so we only drink tea with them, they are so soothing and pleasant to the taste, I dry mint for the winter and then use the dried mint for brewing. Well done for writing about this!
