Step-by-step preparation

Prepare everything for canning zucchini - sterilize the jars and boil the lids. We put the washed herbs for preservation into the prepared jars, I use the herbs that I indicated in the ingredients, you can use horseradish root, bay leaf, etc., whatever you like.
STEP 3

Wash the zucchini, cut it into rings or half rings, depending on the size, and place in jars. Shake the jars during the filling process. so that as many zucchini fit as possible.
STEP 4

Prepare the marinade: mix salt, sugar and ketchup in a saucepan, add water and vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly, put it on the stove and bring to a boil.
STEP 5

Pour the boiling marinade into the jars of zucchini. We put the jars with zucchini to sterilize.
STEP 6

To do this, put a napkin on the bottom of a suitable pan, put jars with zucchini and cover them with boiled lids, pour warm water into the pan up to the hangers of the jars and place on the stove. Bring the jars to a boil, reduce the heat and sterilize liter jars for 10 minutes, two-liter jars for 20 minutes, three-liter jars for 30 minutes. After the specified time, we take out the jars, roll them up, turn them upside down and wrap them until they cool completely.
STEP 7

Cooled jars of zucchini can be stored in the pantry at room temperature. Canned zucchini with chili ketchup is ready for the winter! Have a delicious winter!
