How to prepare green tomatoes and bell peppers in jars for the winter? First of all, prepare all the necessary products. Choose whole tomatoes, without dark spots or spots. Try to take fruits that are approximately small and of the same size.

So, remove the stems from the tomatoes. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and leave for 5 minutes.

At this time, wash and sterilize the jars in any way convenient for you. I sterilized them in a water bath and threw the lids into boiling water.

Peel the garlic. Remove the places where the tails attach to the peppers and remove the seeds. If possible, use fleshy, juicy peppers of different colors for the recipe, then your preparation will look bright and incredibly appetizing! Turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket. Leave at room temperature until completely cooled.

Ready! Place the jars in any cool place for long-term storage.
