Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare green cabbage soup with nettle and sorrel with egg, we will prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and peel the vegetables. We wash the greens with water. Boil the eggs.
STEP 2
Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into strips.
STEP 3
Finely chop the peeled onion.
STEP 4
Place onions, carrots, chicken wings and salt in a pan. Pour 2 liters of water and put the pan on the fire.
STEP 5
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
STEP 6
20 minutes after the broth boils, add the chopped potatoes to the pan.
STEP 7
Scald the nettles with boiling water and cut into small pieces. We only cut the leaves.
STEP 8
Cut the sorrel into small pieces.
STEP 9
Finely chop the boiled eggs.
STEP 10
When the potatoes are cooked, add nettles, eggs, sorrel and ground black pepper to the pan. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes and turn off the gas. Let the soup sit for 10 minutes.
STEP 11
Serve the soup to the table, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
