A bright soup will disperse sadness on a cloudy day! The sorrel cabbage soup recipe became one of my favorites immediately after I tried it. I read the recipe for Green cabbage soup and immediately ran to the market for vegetables. I really love the aromatic celery root, I cooked it with new potatoes. Now a new use has been found. I prepared the soup exactly according to the recipe, except for the bay leaf, I haven’t liked its smell since childhood. And I scrambled the egg with a fork and slowly poured it in at the end of cooking, while stirring the soup. This is what my grandmother always did when she cooked soup with sorrel. The taste was wonderful.
