STEP 1

Peel the onions, wash them, cut them into small cubes.

Wash the nettles. To avoid getting burned by nettles, you can wear gloves or dip the herb in boiling water. Finely chop the nettle.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small cubes.

Remove the finished chicken from the broth, remove the bay leaf. Turn up the heat and place the prepared potatoes into the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cook the potatoes in the broth at a moderate boil until almost done.

Place the nettles in the pan and stir. Boil the nettles for about 5 minutes.
STEP 10

Add fried vegetables to the soup and stir.

Cut the chicken meat into small pieces.

Cook the soup at a low simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Peeled boiled eggs can be cut into cubes and added to the soup at the end of cooking.
