STEP 1

Wash the pepper, clean it (do not cut it, remove the stem and seeds) and wash it again.
STEP 2

Cut the greens into medium-sized pieces.
STEP 3

Cut the garlic into 3-4 parts.
STEP 4

Pour water into a saucepan, add bay leaf and pepper.
STEP 5

Add sugar, salt and sunflower oil.
STEP 6

Bring the marinade to a boil and add as many peppers as can fit in one layer.
STEP 7

Turning occasionally, cook the peppers for about 5 minutes. They will become soft, but not yet begin to fall apart.
STEP 8

Transfer the finished peppers to a sieve to drain the oil, and add the next batch to the marinade. This is how we cook all the peppers.
STEP 9

When the pepper runs out, simmer the greens with garlic in the marinade until the leaves are soft.
STEP 10

Place peppers and herbs in layers in jars. We compact it a little, but without fanaticism.

Fill the jars with marinade.

Cover with lids and sterilize - a liter jar for 20 minutes.
