How to make ginger sauce? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pour sunflower oil into the blender bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Add some sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

The next step is to add granulated sugar to the resulting mixture. Brown cane sugar is ideal for this recipe. But if you don’t have such sugar, then you can use regular white sugar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the green onion feathers in running water, make sure that not a gram of sand or soil remains on them, dry and finely chop with a knife. Add the greens to the waiting mixture.

  5. STEP 5

And finally, the main hero of the occasion - fresh ginger root! Wash it, cut off the skin with a knife and grate it on a fine grater. Try to visually identify ginger fibers that are too long and hard and remove them so that they do not interfere with your salad later. Place the ginger in a blender.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

It's time to whip. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a blender, first at low speed and then at medium speed until all ingredients are completely combined. It is necessary to achieve such a state that the onion greens become as chopped as possible. Taste it. If necessary, add salt. The sauce is ready!

You can also make this sauce from soy sauce and ginger. It is universally suitable for meat.

I love different sauces, so I didn’t ignore the recipe for ginger sauce! I used exclusively sunflower oil, I didn’t add vinegar, but at the last moment I still replaced it with a teaspoon of lemon juice. The result was a sauce with a pleasant taste, not harsh. I added it directly to the pasta - very tasty. And I’ll season the vegetable salad with this sauce
