And finally, the main hero of the occasion - fresh ginger root! Wash it, cut off the skin with a knife and grate it on a fine grater. Try to visually identify ginger fibers that are too long and hard and remove them so that they do not interfere with your salad later. Place the ginger in a blender.
STEP 6

It's time to whip. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a blender, first at low speed and then at medium speed until all ingredients are completely combined. It is necessary to achieve such a state that the onion greens become as chopped as possible. Taste it. If necessary, add salt. The sauce is ready!
