Today I decided to cook beets in a new form. Georgian beet salad with pepper and herbs seemed to me the most suitable option, since I now collect all these vegetables from my garden. The salad is prepared really very simply as stated in the recipe. The longest thing is to boil the beets, do it in advance. I not only seasoned the finished salad with sauce, but also added our Belarusian rapeseed oil. The salad became more filling and absorbed the vegetables better. I would like to note that onions are not listed in the ingredients, but they are in the description and are very necessary in the dish. Be sure to prepare this spicy salad and surprise your guests!
