Galette with fried mushrooms and onions

Be sure to try the mushroom galette! This galette pie is prepared quickly, it doesn’t need a special form - just knead, roll out, stuff, pinch and go into the oven! It just couldn't be simpler. Brilliant invention! Now, from the point of view of proper nutrition, I believe that biscuits are a healthy product, since they do not contain butter and other animal fats, eggs, which means there is no cholesterol that is harmful to the body. There is also no sugar in the galette, which is also a plus.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Mix the sifted flour with salt and soda. Add vegetable oil to hot water, stir and add the prepared flour. Knead the dough and it should be slightly sticky to your hands. If you don’t like this sticking, grease your hands with a little vegetable oil. Give the dough the appearance of a bun and leave it for half an hour, during which time the dough will become elastic and will hold its shape well when molded.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

While the dough is resting, fry the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Divide the dough into four parts, this is how many biscuits we will get. Of course, you can divide it into more parts, then you will get biscuits for one bite. And so there will be four full-sized, portioned biscuits. Roll out each part or stretch it with your hands into a circle, put mushrooms in the middle Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, making several random folds. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about thirty minutes.

These are such appetizing, rosy, crispy biscuits! How delicious they are! Well, what can I say, better prepare them and see for yourself.
