Fried zucchini with tomato paste

If the zucchini is young, you don’t have to peel it. If it’s “older”, then it’s better to clean it anyway. Cut into cubes about 1*1 cm. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry our zucchini for about 10 minutes. Stir a couple of times so as not to burn.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Add the onion to the zucchini and fry, stirring, for another 5 minutes.

Then season to taste with salt and pepper and your favorite herbs. Mix.

Next add tomato paste and stir.
