Valeria, oh so yummy! How I love brains, apparently I don’t have enough of my own. I never boiled them - I was afraid that they would boil over or something, but I just dipped them in flour and fried them in oil. I will definitely try this recipe, and even in this batter. It will turn out to be a tender, juicy dish - I’m sure of it, but there’s nothing to say about the benefits - it’s a delicacy the body needs. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I know for sure that the recipe is very tasty. I cook the brains myself this way, but I cook them without vinegar. It's a pity that this product is rarely on sale

Fried pork brains, we've never tried anything like this before! For me, brains have always been associated with some kind of white substance fried with onions in a frying pan. And then I found this recipe on our website and decided to cook it. It turned out to be a real delicacy! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!

I am very biased towards offal products. I cooked exclusively for my husband. I ate half of it! Surprisingly tasty, tender, not difficult to prepare product. Thank you for the wonderful taste discoveries!
