There were some eggplants left and we had to cook something with them. I found a recipe on the website for “fried eggplants with garlic and mayonnaise. Started cooking. I cut the eggplants into circles, salted them and left for 10 minutes. For the sauce I mixed: mayonnaise, dry chicken spices and finely chopped dill. The greens complemented the flavor of the sauce perfectly. In a heated frying pan, fry the eggplants on both sides until golden brown. Placed on a paper towel to drain excess oil. When the eggplants had cooled a little, I brushed them with sauce. It turned out to be an excellent snack. I will cook again!
