Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 40 mins
STEP 1
Peeled and washed in cold water, salt and pepper the crucian carp and season with fish seasoning. We make cuts on the fish for good frying and mix well.
STEP 2
Fry onion and carrot rings in a frying pan with oil. The onion is translucent and the carrots are soft. Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
STEP 3
We stuff the fish with 2 carrot rings and 2 onion rings (more is possible).
STEP 4
Bread in flour and fry on both sides until cooked. Place on a plate.
STEP 5
Melt the butter in a small container and add chopped herbs to it. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off. Pour this sauce over the fish.
STEP 6
The sauce softens the skin of the fish and adds aromatic flavor. Bon appetit!!!
