Fried cauliflower with egg on the side

A tasty and healthy side dish! You should definitely try it! Yesterday I looked into the refrigerator and found there a medium-sized cauliflower that I had forgotten a couple of days ago. It was decided to use it as a side dish for the fried chicken legs, which were already finishing cooking. If you also want to cook this food, then follow the simple instructions in the recipe.

that's how simple it is! I used to only make cauliflower in batter

25 minutes and the side dish for the chicken soufflé is ready! We had a wonderful dinner)) In my opinion, it will all turn out like a batter, only straight away in a frying pan. Well, the plus is that you don’t have to bother with each inflorescence, dip it... All in one, and very tasty!

yes, it works faster this way. How well does everything dip? when you make it in batter, you lower each inflorescence, but here it’s all at once, doesn’t the excess fall off onto the frying pan?

Anything that falls off is immediately fried and sticks back. And then the cheese melts and everything that didn’t stick won’t go anywhere) I was always too lazy to dip it, I didn’t wait for the cooked cabbage to cool down, I threw it into the frying pan and sprinkled the breadcrumbs right there.
