Added a little oil and kneaded the dough. It turned out like thick kefir. I left it to rise for half an hour, after which it increased in volume and became viscous. As stated in the recipe, I didn’t stir it, just spooned it onto a hot frying pan with oil and fried it on both sides. Very tasty with coffee or tea, dipping each pancake in sour cream or honey.
