STEP 1

To prepare the dough, take a spacious bowl, taking into account that the dough will rise and increase in volume. Pour warm water into the bowl. Add salt and sugar to it.

Add a little flour and add the prepared dry yeast. Mix them into the dough.

Pour in vegetable oil. Continue adding flour gradually. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the dough.

The finished dough is thick. It should be without lumps of flour. To make the dough more homogeneous, you can use a mixer.

Cover the finished dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. The yeast will begin its active work and the dough will rise like a cap. There is no need to stir it.

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour vegetable oil into it. Spoon out the fluffy dough and fry the pancakes over low heat on both sides.

The finished pancakes will turn golden brown.

You can make pancakes with seasoning. Place the dough in a frying pan and place, for example, apples on top of the raw dough. Then turn over and fry on the other side.

Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to soak up excess oil. When serving, add sour cream, jam or condensed milk to the pancakes. Bon appetit!
