  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make fluffy pancakes with milk powder? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Heat the water a little until warm. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished pancakes will be more fluffy.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a bowl, combine the egg with sugar and beat it a little with a whisk so that the sugar has time to dissolve.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Stir in.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add dry milk and add flour and soda, knead the dough for pancakes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Use the amount of flour as a guide by stroking the consistency of the finished dough. It should be a little thick. It seems to be trying to hold its shape, but in the end it slowly spreads out. Let the finished dough stand for 2-3 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

To fry, heat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil onto it. Spoon the pancakes and cook them over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

On low heat they will cook and rise slowly, like small buns. The fire should really be small, so be patient.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the finished golden pancakes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Top the pancakes with sour cream, jam or condensed milk and serve. Very tasty with tea or milk. Enjoy your meal!

The recipe is a real discovery for me! I’ll definitely try pancakes with milk powder; I usually make them with kefir.

It was interesting to try making pancakes with milk powder. True, instead of powdered milk I have baby food. I like the taste of it and add it to tea and coffee. I even make sweets. But I haven’t tried the dough. I prepared everything according to the instructions, the consistency seems to be the same. The dough smells distinctly of powdered milk, just like the future pancakes, I like it. When frying the pancakes, I noticed that the bottom sets very quickly and you need to constantly monitor the process so that the products do not burn. The finished pancakes turned out to be porous; if you make the dough thicker, the pancakes will be more fluffy. I cooked for the first time, so I’m making “marks” for myself for the future. I also noticed that the pancakes are a little similar to pancakes or biscuits in terms of density. Overall, I liked them, tasty and soft. The children didn't notice anything at all)
