STEP 1

How to make fluffy pancakes with milk powder? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Heat the water a little until warm. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished pancakes will be more fluffy.

In a bowl, combine the egg with sugar and beat it a little with a whisk so that the sugar has time to dissolve.

Then add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Stir in.
STEP 4

Add dry milk and add flour and soda, knead the dough for pancakes.
STEP 5

Use the amount of flour as a guide by stroking the consistency of the finished dough. It should be a little thick. It seems to be trying to hold its shape, but in the end it slowly spreads out. Let the finished dough stand for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6

To fry, heat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil onto it. Spoon the pancakes and cook them over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
STEP 7

On low heat they will cook and rise slowly, like small buns. The fire should really be small, so be patient.
STEP 8

Place the finished golden pancakes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
STEP 9
