STEP 1

Add a quarter teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of sugar to the flour.

Add three quarters of a teaspoon of instant yeast to the bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.
STEP 4

Break and place one chicken egg in a bowl.
STEP 5

Add about two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl.
STEP 6

Add about two tablespoons of vegetable oil to a common bowl, stirring with a whisk, then pour one hundred twenty-five milliliters of warm water and begin to knead the dough to prepare pancakes.
STEP 7

Breaking up all the lumps, knead the dough intensively, then cover with a towel and put it in a warm place to proof for fifty minutes.
STEP 8

After fifty minutes, place the well-risen dough on the table and mix.
STEP 9

Place the pancakes formed from the dough into a hot frying pan using tablespoons and fry until golden on one side.
STEP 10

Turn the pancakes over using forks, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat on the stove and fry the other side until golden.
STEP 11

Transfer the fried pancakes on both sides to a napkin to remove excess oil.
STEP 12

We transfer the pancakes to a plate and serve with sour cream, or with jam, honey, or condensed milk according to your desire and taste.
