Cover the container with the dough with cling film and leave for about 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes, knead the dough again and divide it into 10 parts. I got 72 grams for each cake. The amount of dough received depends greatly on the quality of grinding of the flour used. To prevent the dough from drying out, cover the resulting dough balls with film.

    Immediately place the flatbread on a hot dry frying pan and fry it over medium heat on both sides. No need to add oil. When frying, the cakes will swell, this is normal. If the cake is very swollen, you can carefully pierce it with a sharp knife.

I added sunflower oil instead of olive oil and 1 tsp salt. The dough was simply gorgeous, it was so nice to knead it, it was pure pleasure! Soft, warm, easy to roll out. Eggless flatbreads in a frying pan are an excellent substitute for bread; you can even wrap the filling in a flatbread, as the author writes. Delicious, thank you.
