Flatbread with cheese in a frying pan won our heart! I made the dough with instant yeast. For the filling I used cream cheese and parsley with dill. It was very pleasant to work with the dough, it was soft and pliable. I greased the flatbreads fried in a dry frying pan with butter. These flatbreads turned out very soft, airy and incredibly tasty. It was impossible to tear myself away from them. They are also very filling, so our family snack turned out to be not a snack at all! It's very tasty, I recommend it!
