    STEP 1

How to make fish with carrots and onions in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Any white sea fish is suitable - pollock, hake, cod, like mine. Pre-defrost it, gut it if necessary, cut off the fins and tail. I have already prepared steaks, if you have a whole carcass, then cut it into portioned pieces. You will learn how to properly defrost fish by reading an article on this topic. There is a link at the end of this recipe.

Place another frying pan on the heat at the same time. Also heat it up, then pour in the oil. Place the onion in the pan, fry it for several minutes, stirring, until transparent. Add carrots to the onions. Fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes more, until soft.

  6. STEP 6

I liked the idea of cooking fish with carrots and onions in a frying pan. Thanks to vegetables and tomatoes, the fish turned out juicy, with a rich taste and aroma! I didn’t have any noble fish, but I really love blue whiting in any form. I cooked these little fish. I cut some in half for convenience. I gutted the fish, removed the black film - it can be easily removed, and also cut off the fins. Dry with paper towels before dredging in flour. Already during frying, the fish looks appetizing! And after stewing in such a wonderful gravy, it’s absolutely fire! It seems to me that any fish according to this recipe will be very tasty! Thank you!
