    Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. Peel the carrots, onions and garlic and rinse under running water. Chop the Korean carrots on a Korean grater, so the salad will look very beautiful and appetizing. If a Korean grater is not available, then you can get by with a regular one (in this case, you should use a large cut.

    Cut the onions in half and then chop into thin half rings. Leave about 20-30 grams of onion for frying (cut it as finely as possible).

    Chop the garlic finely. Mix spices (3 types of peppers) in a small container.

I made khe from fish in Korean style at home. The recipe involves using any fish, so I used white, not red). For heh, I took fillets of freshly caught pike perch. I removed the skin from the fillet, it was still a bit tough. The layers were cut into pieces 1 cm thick and seasoned with vinegar. The amount of vinegar is perfect for us. I grated the carrots on a Korean grater and cut the onion into half rings. I liked that some of the onion and garlic were fried. It's very fragrant! In addition, hot oil helps the carrots give off their beautiful color. The fish marinated in my refrigerator for a day. This is simply a masterpiece! The taste is perfect! The sourness is well felt, the fish is juicy, spicy, aromatic! And vegetables complement the salad perfectly. I will definitely save and use this new method of preparing heh from fish. Thank you!

Good recipe. I do almost the same thing. I only add coriander and soy sauce to the fish. And in the finished salad - cilantro. And I throw the whole onion into hot oil. I love it so much heh!
