I decided to make Finnish cucumbers for the winter. This preparation is made very simply, with a minimum set of ingredients. I cut the washed cucumbers into slices about 3 cm thick. I made a marinade from salt, sugar and 9% vinegar. I boiled sliced cucumbers in this marinade, put them in prepared jars, rolled them up with lids and sent them “under a fur coat” until they cooled completely. Not all of my cucumbers fit into the jars and there was some brine left, so the next day I tasted the cucumbers. Excellent result! Cucumbers are crispy, with a bright, rich taste, the perfect combination of sugar, salt and vinegar! I'm happy to add this recipe to my stash! Thank you very much, Corazon!
